Pickup appointments are received Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. A follow-up email will be sent during those hours with all necessary information regarding your donation appointment
PLEASE READ THE EMAIL CAREFULLY TO AVOID SURPRISES ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Final approval of all items is only done once the driver is on location and viewing items in person. A comprehensive list of what the driver will be looking for to determine item acceptability can be found on our website be clicking the link below.
