Thank you for choosing Catholic Social Services for your item donation! Your generosity helps CSS provide critical support and services to our neighbors in need across southern Nebraska.

• CSS's pickup service is available for eligible furniture items and other large appliances. We can only accept items that meet our donation guidelines.


• Pickups are scheduled Monday-Thursday 10:00 a.m.-noon or 1:00-3:30 p.m. Scheduling is based on availability and pickup location (north or south of O St.).


• CSS charges a $50 fee for qualified pickups. This fee helps offset operating costs and is much smaller than the cost of hiring a moving company or junk hauler. This fee is not tax deductible, but donated items and any additional monetary donation made are.


• Donated items may also be dropped off at the CSS Donation Center (1300 N. 14th St.) Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at no cost.
