Please note, for Dutchess County pick-up we charge a non-refundable $20 donation. For Putnam County pick-up we charge a non-refundable $40 donation. We can only pick up large items that won't fit into a pickup truck or SUV. Other items can be dropped off at our store. If you do not see your category, please call in to (845)297-7610 to discuss. Acceptance of any item is subject to driver's discretion.Large furniture items should be disassembled to make it easier for our drivers to load the items.

Please include 2-3 images of large items from different angles to help us better prepare to pick up items. To ease the pickup, also consider including a picture of the driveway or front of house to make the pickup as smooth as possible. Images can be uploaded in the following file formats: JPEG and PNG.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 to 3 business days. If you need to cancel your pickup, please call (845)297-7610. Habitat Dutchess ReStore volunteers and staff do their best to accommodate all needs, items and locations, however the final determination for a pick up is at the driver's discretion for safety purposes and thank you for considering Habitat Dutchess for your generous donation.
